Unauthorized charges!

I have tried repeatedly to get them to stop charging my checking $12.95. I didn't authorize this service. I just got off the phone with my bank and they said I have to cancel my debit card and reissue another one. I am getting ready to go out of town and need my debit card. Now I have to change all my other debits over and get a new card when I get home. They have been charging my account for a year. After awhile, it adds up.

They stole my money!

I am very upset that I was charged for a service that I did not request. The website asked me to inout my credit card information in order to receive my FREE credit report. Had I known that they were going to rip me off, I would not have entered my information. I demand that I be refunded the $12.00 that was deducted from my account. If I do not get my refund in a timely manner, I will report this company to the Department of Consumer Affairs or higher if need be.
