I called CIC Tripple Advantage Credit Agency on 3/27/08 at 10:20 AM and explained that I wanted to cancel my monthly membership as of today. "Jake" began by telling me that I was paid up until the 2nd week of April mean-while I would have enough time to check my credit report (which I have never used) I repeatedly explained that I already belong to another program with access to my report, but he kept giving me the "run around" and refused to cancel. He told me to call back after the 2nd week of April to cancel. I've learned that NONE of these companies are FREE. I am thinking about contacting my credit card company and complaining to them about the situation. What should I do??? Plz advise smb!
