i am being charged by you guys for no reason. i never signed up for this website or anything and yet every month i get charged on my credit card

Charged my credit card and I have never even heard of this company before. I don't know anything about them but they charged my card for 29.99.

This company charged me $1.00 handeling fee for a "free" credit report then turned around and charged me $14.95 for who knows what. I want my money back or I will contact a lawyer.

I went to their website for a FREE credit report and now they are charging me $14.95 even though the whole time I was doing the report the on-line calculator showed a zero balance. Thansk goodness I bank with USAA, they will take care of it, but people need to know there is NO reason to give them your info for anything free! Companies that advertise "Free" shouldn't be allowed to charge, in the old days this would be called "False advertising!"
