The said it was free. It dosen't state that a charge to your account well be taken out after 30 days.

Charging my account w/out permision
I recieved a $14.99 charge on my bank account, and did NOT authorize this.
"Free Credit Report" & then me telling them to NOT charge me anymore... this has not been taken off... I'm wondering now how MANY times I've paid without knowing!

Credit Report
When we used freecreditreport.com we did not read the fine print stating by getting the "free credit report" you were signing up for monthly service fee of $14.95. This is a HUGE SCAM in that you are not aware you are going to be charged this fee unless you read EVERYTHING on the front web page - which I am sure most people do not.
When I noticed the charge on my account I contacted 1-877-481-6826 to cancel. If you go through this process, be sure to ask for the rep's name and confirmation number. Also, insist they send written confirmation via email the account has been cancelled.
At first she would NOT refund any of the fees already charged but when I insisted on speaking to a manager she received confirmation from a manager - SO, be sure to ask for a manager!
When I asked for the previous payment to be returned she told me I would have to write to their "Escalation Department":

$14.95 withdraw without authorization
I found out today that CIC*CE Credit report made a withdrawal of $14.95 from my bank account with no authorization. I will find out process to get it back.

charging me 2 times a month
this company is charging me 2 times a month and i am getting really f@#king tired of it here is a num i found to call 800-388-8725 they are charging me 11.95 2 times a months.

unfair charges $39.99 to Credit Card
On 8/16/08, I used free credit report by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Each time I filled on-line form I was assured that this is a basic credit card check, free of charge, and no score points will be provided. Suddenly, on 08/18/08 a charge in the ammount of $39.99 appear on my Bank of America Credit Card.
Although, I wrote on each application Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion my eamil address only TRansUnion politely notified me that the Credit Card check was free of charge and they provided my reference number. HOW COME YOU ARE CHARGING ME $39.99 without my consent. Neither, Equifax nor Experian did not bother themselves to mail me a copy of my credit report. FREE OF CHARGE, NO RESPONSE, BUT CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT. I will pursue my case everywhere until it will be affirmatively resolved.

Unauthorized Charge
I was charged by the above mentioned company and the only thing I did was get a free credit report so your company needs to reverse that charge and give me my money back. After completion of that they need to shred any information of mine that they got such as card numbers, social security numbers and not bother me again or I will file a lawsuit.
