I am being charged for a Credit report that I did not Order from a Company called CIC*CE CREDIT REPORT

I signed up for a "free" trial and my card was charged 14.95 during the trial period.

I was charged $14.95 on my debit card by this company, and did not use them for a credit report. What should I do?

My husband and I used this service once to obtain a credit report and we are being charged monthly. I had to contact my bank to report it as fraud. Also, contact information to cease charges from the company is non existent.

In Nov./07 I went online for a free credit report, which I received.
Not relizing I would be billed after that.
In Jan./08 I had a charge on my Debit card, I contacted them by phone and told them to stop charging me as I did not want their services any more, and even had to threaten them by telling them I would contact the Better Business bureau because they would not stop pressuring me to keep their service!!!
Today when checking my bank account I have a $12.00 charge pending from them and as of my earlier contact with them this is clearly not authorized anymore!!!
