bad service

I go every week to cici's but not now after the service was so bad! People that worked at cici's were yelling and the manger James was very mean to everyone even the workers. There was a curly hair guy working in the back making pizza. I saw him scratch his head and touch a pizza. When i got there i got some pizza for my son and when he took a bit of the pizza, he told me it was cool and tasted funny! I will never go back!

Dear Sir,
How do i contact the corporate official for a complaint in a Texas Restaraunt. I am in Abilene and have gone to this CICIS many times. The managers and there employees are wonderfull. My complaint is I dont like pizza But my company does. As I was going to the buffet they didn't have the alfrado sauce with the noodles anymore. So I only got to eat the Salad. I was not happy at all. They told me to talk to Corporate. As I was sitting at my table other customers were unhappy this item was taken away and many other items too. For those who take there friends to Cicis there should be other choses other than Pizza. Very unhappy customer. People don't like the way the menu was changed through people I talked too. Has the recession hit Cicis. They dont care about the cutomer anymore by removing half the menu. If it stays his way I will not take my company there.
