Fundraiser check not received
I am extremely frustrated with Cici's Pizza. I scheduled a fundraiser for a non-profit organization of which I am a member. This fundraiser occurred over 2 months ago and I have still yet to receive the check for the funds we are due. I have called numerous times only to be told that they are working on it and am given a PROMISE that I will be called as soon as they have the check ready. I am always the one to call back and check the status only to continually be told that the check is still not ready. This is unacceptable and I highly recommend that nobody gives Cici's Pizza their business. Definitley do not set up a fundraiser with this company.

GET A ROOM!!!
I went to eat at Cici's today and the manager was behind the swinging door kissing his nasty looking co-worker. Then he was taking a pizza to a customers table and intentually walked by the same co-worker and rubbed his private area up against her rear end. This was just sick GET A ROOM PEOPLE!!! For christ sake we were trying to eat.

No baby changing table
Came in with my husband and our two children, one being 2 years old. Went in to the ladies restroom as I do anywhere else to change my baby. And to my surprise there wasn't anywhere to change my baby. I had to change her on the sink. Cause I wasn't about to change her on the floor. I put all the paper towels I could and had to embarrassing apologize to the woman who had to wash their hands right next to me. I feel if you have young children games, young children high chairs, children cups and children candy machines.WHY WOULD YOU NOT HAVE ANYWHERE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR PARENTS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN TO CHANGE THEM PROPERLY! It was embarrassing and upsetting. I was told by two of the workers at this Cici's that their manager Adrian has been told about it numerous times and claims that he doesn't care or plan not to do anything about it! That is unacceptable!

POOR QUALITY PIZZA SPECIAL
CICI'S PIZZA
It is disappointing when you don’t get what you expect of paying for an advertized item. I Purchased three pizza 9.99 special from CiCi’s Pizza in Niles IL. When I got the pizzas home I found them to be nothing but paper thin pizza sauce and paper thin cheese in the center and few pepperonis on them. I contacted the CICI’s Pizza; they told me that they will contact me after they investigate and call me back. I never got the response, then I contacted the CICI’s again, they had no idea who took my info, so I gave up and decided to return what is left from the pizza to the store, once I got there they told me that it is not enough Pizza left for them to replace or refund.
First it appears that in this store right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing, poor management and bad quality pizza for the money. I don’t understand why making junk pizza when you could have a better supervision to make the pizza little nicer rather than just through few little pepperoni on a 12” flat dough and sell them 3x$9.99, I purchased same pizzas in southern state, they were much better quality, guess this store is trying to save more money by cutting on quality and creating unhappy customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY THE 3 PIZZA SPECIALS FROM THIS CICI’S IN NILES, IL. Poor store management, terrible and rip-off pizza for the money. Perhaps it is better to eat in

Can't get order right
I've ordered a pizza to go on multiple occasions from the Cici's in Kingwood TX and have had to have them re-make the pizza several times because they can't get my order right. I've been told by two different managers that the reason for the wrong order is that there kitchen staff does not speak English and has a hard time understanding my order. My question to Cici's would be why are they hiring people who cannot speak English? In order to be a citizen of this country you must be able to communicate in English so is Cici's hiring illegals? If not, my hope is that they can hire people who are able to understand a basic order.

Bad Service
Bad Customer service from the manager of CiCi's Pizza. Unethical, demeaning, horrible customer service skills. I pretty much felt like I was scum based on how I was treated.

Commercials
I am sick of seeing there commercials on all the time when the closest one is Las Vegas.
I wan't them to either build one here or not broadcast there ads here.

People did the same thing to Sonic's and they did something about here in western Washington.

cost
We have been a long time customer of CiCi's and love the pizza.
Our complaint is we have seen the commercials about $5 and
change for a meal and that is what we have been paying at the
other resturants but today we paid $5 more than we have
instead of $10. and change for the two of us to eat it was$15.
and change. Just wanted to voice our complaint. Thank you

Where's the Food???????
The Cici's in Gulfport has been going down hill for the last 10 months. They don't keep the salad bar filled, hardly have pizza ready for those who wait & God forbid you actually want a bowl of soup.
They claim it will be out in 7 minutes & 30 minutes later, Yeap, you're still waiting.

The manager there (in early November) seems so unconcerned about the customers request, it's unbelievable.

What the hell happened to that location?????????????? It used to be a great place to stop over a year ago. Won't make that mistake again!!!

Racial profiling!
See letter I emailed:

Hello,

I have been a longtime customer of CiCi's until today. I went in this restaurant on March 12, 2008 about 3:15pm for lunch as I normally do. I paid with a debit card as I have many times in the past but this time the young lady behind the register asked for my ID. I asked her when this start? She explained to me that it has always been a policy of the store to ask for ID from anyone paying with a credit card. I was quite bothered by this because I have been going to this particular store for months and NO ONE EVER asked to see my ID. After I finished my meal I went to the front and asked for a manager.

Another young lady comes out and I asked for a further explanation of why I was carded. She gave me the same response as the clerk. I told her that I have never been carded since coming into this location. She then went as far to tell me she asked for my ID several in the past that I was in the store including Monday March 10, 2008. That was a lie! I did not come into the store on Monday. I came in on Tuesday and I paid in CASH. On top of that she was not at the register on Tuesday it was a young man. I do not mind the policy. I do mind that this policy is being enforced unfairly and with bias. There were no notices posted anywhere letting all customers know that this policy was in placed. I do mind that I was outright lied to by a member of management. There is no excuse.

I feel insulted and discriminated against. I don't really think I will get a response but I want to let you know my dissatisfaction with this store. I will advise people to stay away. I myself will no longer eat at this location.
