	Carolyn Williams March 19, 2009 UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT 03/09/2009 PURCHASE CIC*Triple Advanta 03/08 $14.95 I do not even know what this is to even authorize it!!!
	September 20, 2008 unauthorized charges apparently this company has been making charges to my bank account for some time
	July 16, 2008 Cancel service I was offered a "free credit report" that I was charged $14.00. I want to cancel my membership.
	June 22, 2007 Charge taken out of bank account without permission This company took out 12.95 of my personal bank account without my permission!
	May 24, 2007 Withdrawing unauthorized money I have been getting charged for a service I do not have. I am not sure how far it goes back, but in the last thirty days twelve dollars have been taken out of my account. All together it has cost me in the last thirty days eighty four dollars. Sixty just from over draft fees because I didn't have the funds. So although it probably goes a lot farther back, I just want my eighty four dollars back.
	May 20, 2007 Unauthorized charges For past several months, my bank account is being charged $12.95 per month for CIC Triple Advanta. I have no idea what this is. I would like to stop this payments and if possible, get back payments which were previously made.
	April 18, 2007 Charging my credit card for the last quarter! I have no idea who these people are but they have been charging my card for the last quarter.
