We were on our Computer trying to get a free 3 for 1 credit report and we only received a copy of Experian.When we tried again we entered free credit report.com and tried to once again. We thought we went into the same site and it was we found out later on our Credit card bill Triple Advantage CIC charged us for the 1st and the 2nd try for this report. The charges were 24.95 x 2 and then $14.95 every month for services???? I called and asked for credit for these reports and explained we only received 1 copy from Experian so...we thought there would be no problems being credited back. However when they explained they said we used their site and I told them it was suppose to send out 2 other reports and didn't and we also did not see their name or any charges for the reports or SERVICES we never asked for. They replied they do not issue refunds but she would issue 1 credit for today only because I called on the day they were going to bill for this month. So on the same day I called they said they would issue 1 refund for services of 14.95 nothing for the incomplete credit bureau reports or previous services.. I didn't even know who (CIC Triple Advantage ) was. Only because they were listed on out Credit Card bill. What to do now? I just do not know. Outside reporting them and hoping they do at least cancel like they said and issue refund as they promised. I guess we our on their "honor system" as far as that goes. I will wait and see if we are issued a credit and try to talk with them once again.
