Scam billing
I use freecredit.com to look at my credit report and became the victim of Cic*triple advantage. Apparently Cic*triple advantage has set up their website to sucker the customer - they advertise a free credit report but what they don't make clear is that if you do not cancel with 7 days they start attacking your credit cards or bank account for $14.95 per month. They claim to be monitoring your credit but don't. I reported the charge to my credit company who will be refuse any future charges and attempt to retrieve the monies that have been taken. Anyone aware of any class action suits against this company.

Misleading promise
There was to be a free thirty day trail to receive a credit score. Before the the thirty day period was up I received an unauthorized charge of $14.95 on my Master Card. I called to cancel any and all services from that company. Their attitude was very cavalier and they wanted my ss number. How shabby is that or should I say sneaky. I plan to notify and register a complaint with the attorney general's office of that state.

I've had three charges from a company (don't know which), or how they can charge someone for nothing. Dates of charges 3/16/08, 5/19/08, 6/24/08.

Unexplained charge
I was reviewing my monthly bank statement and saw a $39.99 charge from CIC triple advantage with a telephone number 18774816825. I called the number spoke with a man named "Rex" he said it was a charge from Freecreditreport.com's experian. It has been months since I have accessed that website and I have never before now been charged for anything related to this website. I believe it is an unauthorized charge and would appreciate my account be canceled and my checking account be credited the above amount. I don't recall ever requesting the experian service mainly due to the charge and believe a "Free" website should be just that and not charge when a person has not even visited the website in months.

Unauthorized debit of my credit card
I'm getting 29.90 unauthorized charges on my credit card without my permission. I want it stopped immediately and I want to be refunded.

reaccuring monthly charges
I've benn struggling with this company for months! I've even cancelled credit cards andI'm still finding charges for product I never ordered or use! It's a "B" trying to contact them because they saty well hidden. But look out CIC*Triple Advantage I'm gettin my revenge!!! Any info regarding this company anyone can provide I'll gladly take. I'm taking them to court! No one should have to put up with this B.S!!!

Unauthorized charges since last June 2007!
Unauthorized charges on Free Credit report since June 2007 which I did not authorize. Spoke with them on 03252008 the phone call lasted approximately 26 minutes and they stated they would canx the account, but after calling my credit card company they stated that was highly unlikely that would happen.

Unauthorized billing!
I was sent an email (spam) for a free credit report, I never actually got a report, but I did receive a charge of 12.95 on my check card from CIC Triple Advantage.The company I'm reporting continuously charged my credit after numerous attempts to cancel the service.
I advised the agent/ supervisor who I spoke with on 3 different occasions that I want to cancel the service each time I was told the service would be canceled and when I advised that I called before each time they state that there is no record of my previous call. I've been dealing with this since September of 2007.

Unauthorized billing!
A few months ago I went to the bank and while depositing my check the teller advised me that my account had been overdrawn... I was surprised, although I live paycheck-to-paycheck, I keep track of spending and can expect my account to at least have a few dollars in it. The teller advised me the charge that sent me over had been from 'CIC Triple Advantage' in the amount of $12.95.
I didn't recognize the name but having realized that my wife may have charged something (and as it hadn't been a HUGE amount) I didn't object. The following month finances were looking good... I didn't even realize the charge as it hit my account yet again...
Then, earlier tonight I checked my account and found it overdrawn... The unexpected (UNAUTHORIZED) 'CIC Triple Advantage' had struck again. It then hit me! This charge is recurring!? Who are they? I google it... Wow, google it for yourself and you'll see the complaints are more than I have time to number.
I am disputing any of the charges that fall within 60 days. I have tried to contact 'CIC' but continually receive an automated message to call back during normal business hours.
I never agreed to recurring charges.
