Unaurthorized charge on credit card
I did the "free credit report.com thing. They ask you for a credit card and tells you that you will not be charged. They end up charging you $12 a month. I did not authorize those charges, but they insist that you get one month free and it's up to the individual to cancel.
This is wrong!

Unauthorized bank deductions
Several months ago I ordered my FREE CREDIT REPORT. Same as many others I have read about in this forum, I have been seeing this $12.00 charge on my debit card and now can't get my money back and also have never received any kind of credit report.
I am a 71 year old lady with a terminal illness and living on only my social security income of less than $1,000 a month. So when I have had to pay a $35.00 overdraft charge because I was unaware of the $12.00 that Triple Advantage was getting, it really hurts. It takes every penny I get just to stay alive and get my medicine. I do not know how to make them stop.

Unauthorized charge!
I requested a free credit report, as offered. Rec'd a letter that if I wanted it, I should get in touch.
How did a "free" credit report end up on my Discover bill?

Unauthorized charges
My credit card charged by CIC*Triple Advantage 877-4816825,CA 062207. Which is totally for unused services. I am out of united states from May-01-2007. Charges of $12 for two times charged on my credit card. I did not request for any services from CIC.

Rip off, unauthorized charges
My complaint is basically the same as the others that I've read about CIC*Triple Advantage. After simply exploring the product on the internet I noticed (months later) A bill for 12.95 from them on my visa card, of which they unfortunately have access of everyones. I called ,and cancelled the bogus service, at which time they promised to send me at lease one credit report, on line or in the mail, I received neither. But I have received three more charges on my account. When I call them they put a person on that barely speaks english, but they, after much coaxing, say they will stop the charges. WELL I JUST GOT ANOTHER CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT!!! NORM SMITH

This is unacceptable
Yes just like many others I started receiving charges every month on my credit card for $12.95 I called the phone number and after being switched to another division of the company several times they finally said they would stop billing me. But the refused to refund any of the charges that had already been paid, I guess if you scam enough people for $12.95 then you can afford really good attorneys to keep your ass out of jail, huh... This company needs very bad things to happen to it.
