First: "already processed and listed" is the wrong sentence, because you informed me 1, 5 weeks ago that my order would be shipped last week. But nothing happened.
And secondly: it is true that I wrote more than six mails malis and got all in all three replies.
We often buy in the internet, but never before it happened that aomething we paid for three weeks before does not get to us. This is unbelievable and as I already wrote unserious business.
