I have been with Cigarettes Express for at least a year and never had a problem getting my order in a timely fashion. The last two orders has taken a month to receive and now I can't get any kind of response from them. Do your self a favor and run away from this site. They are just like all the other businesses in the world. They take your money and deliver nothing.
