I have a city card with a photo on it that proves im 27 and an E1 11 card with my name address and date of birth on it and i have used your branch at regent centre newcastle for many years i have no problem anywhere else and until recently i had no problem buying cigarettes here but they have said the identification that i showed isnt good enough my i have my photo and date of birth on my city card and still have been refused to sell me cigarettes now this wasnt a problem util the begining of this week i have shopped here for about 10yr and been getting served so why wont they now i am a single mother and cant afford to pay £50 for a drivers licence or £90 for a passport could you please tell me what to do as they say that this is all you except i could understand if i looked young but the staff say i have to look over 25 and the legal age for cigarettes is 18 i can send you copies of my city card and e1 11 if you need to see them i am very unhappy as i spend atleast £30 a day in your store i dont see why everywhere else will serve me but they wont in your store thanks cheryl taylor d.o.b 8th jan 1983

I purchased some cigarettes from this company nearly a year ago and to this date I have not received a cigarette or my refund. when I first rang I aske if they were real, they said they send cigarettes all over the globe. for nearly 2 months I waited for these cigarettes. I rang duty free complaining they said the cigarettes have been delivered and I should wait for the cigarttes to return and then they will resend. I waited until the 4/5th month and requested a refund, I was advised that this process can take some time, I said this is not for me, 2 cartons of benson and hedges more than half a yearno thanks. then I'm told I cant have a refund because it has been more than six months. I am then told to open a paypal account then a moneybooker account and then the money will be deposited and then I amm told these things take time. I'm afraid to say this company is a real scam, a con dont touch them with a barge poll

I've been conjested, burnt, and irritated as heck with the new cigarettes that are in compliant with the FSC. If I am not sucking my butt off I am flicking a bic.
Why for the FSC? I heard it was because of to many fires. So the insurance companies have thrown a fit.
Ive accidently put a cigarette out in a gasoline. So maybe it's not the cigarette that's causing fires. It's the flame! Duh...
Also my Dad said he watched something on tv where they put several burning cigars on couch and it didn't ignite nor burn. I think it was myth busters.
Phillip Morris should consider making the sections of layered paper thinner. They are about half an inch. And two strips per cigarette.
