I purchased 800 cigarettes (4 boxes) from this seller for delivery to the uk. There website advises is is perfectly legal for delivery to the uk and the duty is paid. The site also advises if any duty is to be paid reject the package which will then be returned to them and you will have a full refund. The site also advise 100% money back guarantee. I had a card from my local post office put through my door advising there was £42..98 x 4 owing £171.92 customs charge. I contaced the seller who advised pay the tax and we will give you discount on your next order this would make the cigarettes £321.92 (£8.04 per packet) with what I had already paid them thats nearly double Uk price. So I have no intention of ordering any more from them. I asked for my money back as there site says, they said no as the cigarettes often get destroyed by customs and dont get returned. I contacted customs who advised that you have to pay duty on any cigarettes sent to the uk. WELCOME to CHEAP DUTY FREE SHOP FOR USA, UK and Europe (France, Italy etc.) customers. This is there opening headline which is incorrect. I then contacted the Post Office that are holding the cigarettes they advised there is no return address on the package. The seller advised that they only give refunds when the goods have been returned to there warehouse how can they be returned with no return address. They also advertise 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. I am not satisfied I have asked them to at least pay a contribution towards the duty which they wont. They also say on there site there is zero risk and they are shipped to your door.I am £150 out of pocket and they are not interested I have been ripped off and dont want this happening to anybody else.
