I decided i wanted to stop smoking for my kids, so one day i got on the internet and started looking at some companies that offered smokeless cigs. I then recieved a pop up from CIGSBEGONE and they were offering it for 9.99 with that being great in my price range i ordered with them. This was Dec. 7, 2009 in hopes i would be able to stop smoking before the New Year hit, now it is Jan. 4, 2010 and i yet to recieve my order almost a month later. So i decided to give the 1800# a call that was on my bank statement and i waited on hold for 20 min then someone hung up on me. So i then called a second time and waited 30 min before i was disconnected again. Now being very upset i went online to send them a message and realized i was scamed just like everyone else. To make matters worse my cc# has been charged since last month by random compaines for 20, 30, and 40 dollars each... Please someone needs to do something i am a mother of two and a full time student this is just unfair to us all that have just tried to make our lifes better instead CIGSBEGONE has made it WORST for US.

i signed up for cigsbegone free trial with 9.95 shipping and handling, about 2 hours ago.then i went online and found on this sight about how they charge you 99.10.i went back to the order page and read the terms and it is only a trial for 12 days then they charge you an arm and a leg.i called customer service(1-888-713-3082)and told them i only ordered an hour ago and i dont even want the product now.they said it was already shipped.i told them i dont care if it was shipped and the guy kept trying to talk me into keeping the trial.i laughed.i told him i dont want to hear another sound come out of his mouth and i wanted to speak to a supervisor and i was calling the bbb.he put me on hold and cancelled my order.when you talk to them you are in charge.it your money.so they gave a conformation number and the charges were off my account within the hour.raise hell people...and next time read the fine print.

ordered 1 cig for 9.99 never rec'd, then 2 wks later Norplaycigsbegone.com charged my acct another $ 99.10 for what i don't know ripped off twice. this is absurd trying to quit smoking and what get ripped off.
