Ms. Lynn Hinga DeVries has used our staffing company to supply her with everyday employees. We covered all her necessary insurances, unemployment etc. Ms. Lynn DeVries depended on our services to keep her business up and running. Ms. DeVries was happy with our service that we provided, she had 24/7 access to her account manager and emergency contact number when she needed to reach anyone. Ms. DeVries contacted us anytime she had any major issues in a customer's home and we showed up in a timely manner with a contractor on-call if needed. We were always available when she had any issues and she stated several times how happy she was with her account manger and the service we provided and the employees we provided her with. Ms. Lynn DeVries has always had issues when making her payments in a timely manner. Our collection department contacted Ms. DeVries on several occasions being that she was consistently late paying her weekly invoices. We worked with Ms. DeVries letting her make partial payments on many occasions until she was caught up. This continued over a year time. In good faith we continued to do business with Ms. DeVries and Cinderella's Home Care helping her with her new adventure in C3 Cinderella's Commercial Cleaning. This time when Ms. DeVries got behind in her payments we offered to let her hire our employees at no cost as long as she lowered her outstanding balance with us. Ms. DeVries did not comply with our agreement and she hired our employees directly and left us with a balance of $13, 698.82. We have on several occasions tried speaking with Ms. Lynn DeVries and she will not return our phone calls and is unwilling to attempt to satisfy her debt with our company. As of January 11, 2010 we received notice from United States Bankruptcy, Chapter 7, case number 09-24340, District of Kansas(Kansas City)filed by Ms. Lynn Hinga (Kendrick) DeVries of Cinderella's Home Care and Cinderella's Commercial Cleaning C3.
