Company has mastery in to get it's work done by not paying salaries to employees and diverting payment related matters by asking irrelevant questions.

Cinemaya Media is a joke and is a sinking ship run by incompetents unlike no other. They don't care about their employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even to enemies. No scruples, No morals. You deserve better.

There is absolutely no potential to move anywhere in the company except out the door. The employees are treated so disrespectful by the management that it is impossible to have any sort of optimism working there.
