Neighbor complain about my car being too close to her car... and accused my car bumper in scratching her bumper... total not true... police were called and issued me ana sumones... on my private property... which is not the polices' territory... therefore they issued a ticket... did sign it... but still issued it to my car... totally illegal...

I want to file a counter complaint against the other person who originally called the police... and my a complaint...
