Kate Pickert published an article about the misdeeds of Cinergy in TIME MAGAZINE April 22, 2010. It is very accurate. I am also aware that the case against the company by the State of FL is coming up this month (7/2010). It can't get much better than TIME Magazine writing the truth about them!

I hope that this company is brought to its knees. I also would like to put out a call to all those who were hurt by this company. Unless we can rally together we will not have any power individually. So please feel free to let me know if you wish to join me. Consider me the first in the group to take action as a citizen against them. The CA Commissioner of Insurance is not doing much that I am aware of. I hope I am wrong about this, and they have just not told me yet what they are up to.

Please join me, send me an email though this site. Check out their website. The credentials of the management are impressive. No wonder they have gotten away with "murder" for so long. Let's help stop them. Of course my hat is off to any of us brave enough to post on this website. But we need to somehow join together, power is in numbers. The TIME Magazine article was great, but cautionary. Now it's time for those hurt to be helped. This is what I want to do, somehow. If there are enough of us united, we stand a chance of recouping damages with the help of legal counsel.
