We made a purchase in the store in the amount of $10.53. An extra charge for $70.00 showed up on my debit card statement. Another time, there was a $70.00 charge on my statement and we hadn't even been in the store. We are 6 days into trying to resolve this matter. There is no customer service number posted in the store. Emails and phone calls do not get any response. This is a terrible company to work with in trying to get a problem resolved. I would also suggest NEVER swiping a debit card here.

MY HOUSE I RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE CIRCLE K STORE I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY AT THAT STORE. I DONT KNOW THE EMPLOYEE NAME BECAUSE SHE WASNT WEARING A NAME BAGAGE BUT HER WORK HOUR WAS OF THE INCIDENT HAPPENED BETWEEN 1PM AND 10PM ON AUGUST 25, 2010

i have recieved bad service in this store while purchasing gas. the problem is they are the only gas station in my area open at that time. i have complain and mgmt does nothing about this. what should i do?

I feel as if i were treated poorly due to the fact i used an EBT card, I paid for my items and then wanted to heat them, the EBT rules clearly state that you may not buy hot or premade food. However you can buy then heat the product. I was refused when I ask to use the microwave, a comment was made to imply I was lazy and did not work; he said: I could talk to a manager but I wouldn't be up that early. My boyfriend and I both work full time, I am very upset by this, My boyfriend comes in every, morning before he goes to work to buy his lunch, gas. and tobaco products. I am sorry to say we will no longer be using your store unless something i done about the way we were treated. Thankyou for your time

I have worked for Circle K in Machias Me for almost a year. Last night I quit. I have some medical issues that were explained to the manager in previous months. I was working the store alone and needed to be covered for about a half an hour, But do you think that I could get ahold of the manager or assistant manager to help me? No way, the assistant manager was in charge for the week so that the manager could go to meetings out of town, and he might as well as told us all to go to hell before he left the store because he dont answer his phone. I stood there behind the couter for 2 hours in a condition that no woman would ever want to endure. So when I finally got ahold of the manager I told her that she nedded to get someone there asap because i was done. 10 minutes later the assistant manager showed up.

Also, I have had a stalker since before Thanksgiving and had asked to not have to work alone in fear for my safety, my manager agreed for about a week then started to make me work alone again. Where is the protection for the employee's? I feared that if I went to the police that the situation would esculate, I mean the guy had already followed me home and came to my door, thankfully I do not live alone.

I think that Circle K should be closed down, there are so many things that are done illegally and half assed. Where is the Health department?
