Circuit City and Advanced Electronics (servicing the warranty for G.E Capital) our Sony 60" television has been looked at by Advanced Electronics three times now, for According to Circuit City, the same problem, and here it is six weeks and the television is still not working. Asked about there no lemon clause and was told it did not apply as it was the same service call. I was told today that it was not shoddy work on the repair person but the television itself. He (The repair man) spent ten minutes looking at the television and then tells me it was the lamp, wait 5 to 10 days for the part to come in and be installed and wham, the TV goes out the next day, same problem. Takes a week to get back out and then tells me it is the ballast is out. Wait 10 days for part to come in and be installed and ten minutes after he leaves after installation, the TV is not working again, I call and he comes out and tells me now that it is a fan out and will take another five to ten days to get the part in. Call and complain to the Circuit city hot line for repairs and they told me someone would call at 9am the next morning to straighten this matter out. I finally called at 11:30 and I was not nice. Is there anyone that can help me get this matter resolved. If customer satisfaction is top priority, I feel like I am at the bottom of the heap!
