Two months ago I purchased a brand new Samsung 19' HDTV with the "no hassle" replacement plan. I was told by the sales associate that if I had any problems, I bring it in the store and they give me a BRAND NEW one.
I went to return it, and the manager told me "they no longer honor the warranty I paid for". What a load of crap! I paid $70 for nothing. They told me my only option was to ship it to Samsung to get it fixed, which would cost $30.
