I but a circular couch on the 15 month plan. Seven months having the couch I have complained and complained of couch cushions breaking. I got no satisfaction and or replies. I have phoned and talked with manger. After 8 months, I have someone ordering parts to fix. I told them this is the worst service I ever received from them or anyone. I told them I would never but anything again. I was offered a $50.00 in house store credit. I told them I didn't want it, if thats they think 8 months of fighting to get couch fixed.
I don't even want to pay for this couch now that payments have started and couch still not fixed. I was in business myself at one time. Customer satisfaction has to be number 1 or you don't have a business. Maybe someone in the chain of command, should take this more serious then the store manger who offered me a $50.00 in hose credit
