Loan Modification

I was strugling on making my morgage payments and called my mortgage company to get help. I was refred to Make Home Affordable department. I complied with all that was requested and got a contract Home Affordable Modification Trial Period Plan. That Began 10-01-2009. All payments were sent in time. Then on June 23 2010 Citi Morgage sent me another modification which is their traditional modification. I called to ask why I got this contract if I was complying with the Make affordable contract and they replyed because of missing documents. I have all the fax confirmation indicating documents were received I also left several voice mails. I have tried to speak to a supervisor and have not been able to.

attached is the copy you sent me. but there was damage done to the inside of my home and i insist that you please SEND AN ADJUSTOR to my home as soon as possible. We are in ill health and our doctor is very upset over the damage to our kitchen, dinning room and living room cellings and walls causes from the damage and which we have waited for you so long over this that there is BLACK MOLD in the celling and walls now causing us medical problems... Our Doctors want the damage taken care of amit. as soon as can be for our health or we are going to have to move out of our home of 40 years which we are not really able to do to health and expensives it would cost us... contact us at the above address and telephone # now...
