To Whom It May Concern:
A Korean-American woman named Hwa Cha Carmichael claims her house located at 5225 Fitzwilliam Way, Sacramento, CA 95823, was illegally foreclosed even though she had duly made her mortgage payments requested by her lenders from 2003 to 2007. She also had kept all the copies of checks for the mortgage payments.
The following two persons, who had been involved in the above mentioned property transaction, refused to explain to Hwa Cha why and how her house had been foreclosed or confiscated though several email and letter of inquiries were sent to them. Obviously, the foreclosure or transaction has not been transparent.
If any lawyer helps Mrs. (Hwa Cha) Carmichael retrieve her property based on the contingent fees, he/she will be given 50% of the property, which is a half of a big duplex.
