I bought some goods from saudia arabia in January 2009, and I put my credits in the next month, and now I have now any credit money in my credit card to deposit it, but what I have after 6 months, a statement from the credit card section of citibank telling me that I have to repay money as a difference in currency between egyptian pound and Saudi Ryal, is it a new way to deal with the customer to compensate your losses in the international financial crsis throught the customers.
