In Oct of 2008 we met with our brokers at Citibank/Smith Barney at their New City NY branch and placed sell orders. 2 weeks later the two brokers left and went to Merrill Lynch. They gave no notice, left no records, and did not place our orders. We are now having to sue. We would love to hear from any other clients at that branch who had similar problems.
