Fraudulent company
Unfortunately I was stupid enough to have two loans with this company. Due date for both loans are on the 15th of the month, with a 10 day grace period, after which a late fee is added. I have always made the monthly payment, if there was ever a time I was going to be late I contacted the office and let them know. I have been making payments for several years now, and yet they telephone me every month to remind me to make the payment.
Last month they telephoned my office! I was so irate I yelled at the lady that phone and reminded her that I have always made payments, that I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me, and that I specifically told them not to call me at work. I then talked with the branch manager and told him the same thing. Well guess what, this month rolls around and their calling me again. I have had it.
I am going to work very hard to get these loans paid off and then never deal with this outfit again. I just want the damned telephone calls to stop, how many years do you have to make payments to them for them to know you are a person that makes the payment? I am getting Cauliflower Ear from all the damned phone calls.

customer service
their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. every time i contact them, i am transfered to at least four different phone numbers that i must dial myself. when i finally reach a department that i need, they tell me that they cannot help me, i am at the wrong department. they give me a phone number for another department that i had already called. every person i speak to has a different story. they promise a solution but inorder to get the solution, you must call back at another time. when i do call back. another person has no idea what i am talking about and tells me another story. they have lost my mortgage payments in the past. they have claimed at times i do not exist when i infact have a mortgage with them. when i took the loan out. two years ago, they inflated the appraisal so i am now in a upside down mortgage. they come with different stories why they cannot help

To date, the loan has been fully paid since June 2008. Then why does citifinancial be doing such claims that the last bill of a measly 7, 000 pesos have ballooned to 28, 000 pesos. But when confronted Mr. Aries Mercader...he just said OK please pay 2000 pesos ASAP & the remainig 5000 pesos on the end of next month april...to avoid paying the 28, 000 pesos.<br />

What kind of accounting system does citifinancial do?<br />

I am demanding formal written apology from citifinancial and send copies as well to all they have texted.

RAPING CUSTOMERS
I borrowed money from citifinancial during a crisis period. i was already a customer of theirs because i financed a mattress through sleepy hollow. I established myself by paying monthly and therefore wanted to use them to borrow. not knowing they are scammers. i only needed to borrow $200, they told me the minimum they lend is $500 but they can give it to me within an hour. Being that I was in need I jumped on it. bad mistake...i probably ended up paying triple on that $500. She assured me that I would only pay less then $100 if it took me a year to pay it off. She lied. Their statements are very vague with no detail. spread the word to anyone you care about...no matter how desperate --DO NOT BORROW 1 PENNY FROM CITIFINANCIAL...THEY WILL TAKE TRIPLE WHAT YOU BORROW WITHIN 2 YEARS.

Money Owing
Last week I went to a citifinancial branch to make a payment. Before this I was going to call to see how much was left owing on my loan because I thought it would soon be paid off probably another 4-5 months and it would be done. When making payment I am told that my loan has expired and I am still owing 9168 at that time I thought she meant $91.68 and I said well thats no problem I will pay that as well today. She then stated it was $9168 and I just about had a stroke because I honestly had the thought that I was near the end of this loan. So I ask her why the balance is still at such a huge amount and she told me it was due to payment deferrals I had done. Yes I had requested a few deferrals that I am not denying...but then she went on to say I had 9 deferrals over the course of the 5 yrs to which I am totally opposing. I requested a statement of my payments and dates of deferrals. After scanning statement I realize there are times deferrals were done without my consent. I am totally at a loss to know what to do...because I honestly do not agree I owe them over $9000. PLease please someone point me in a direction where I can get some advise or help. I am not disputing the fact that I owe them money..just not that much...HELP PLEASE

vehicle title transfer to another person to take up car payments
Carl Turner in making payment on a GRAND PRIX from Loan Star Chevolet in Teague Texas. An application was filled out and informationtaken over the phone at Bossiet County Chev. The people took care of my financing in my car before taking care of Mr. Turner. I drove home with a new Hyundi and Mr. Turner and Mary (both working in Fairfield, Texas at a plant and Love's next to Burger King).
They have been making payments since November of 2008. This man Mike who said he remembers the other day says nothing I say adds up. Then contact Chrysler in I believe St Louis MO. I want the harrassment stopped because I could not get financing for another car but I could release the car to the dealer and get financing for two. I am financed with two vehicles and I don't need your problem. Where di you get and ideal that I am liabile for your mistake. I don't want any thing to do with you. I can and he could get financing from someone else. And this is probably what they did to keep from dealing with you. This letter I am looking at has no name but default Management (888) 288-6601 . How is this delinquent now for $616.88. I've made my payment on time since November. I think it you and your people in Coppell, TX (PO Box9585)

Over Drafting my account
I have had excess drafts to come out of my account. I was told this matter would be taken care of and credited back to my bank account since 2-2-09. I requested for Corporate information and was denied access to the information. The over drafts have caused my family a hardship due to breaches of services by this company. I was then harrassed by a supervisor over the phone.

I am writing this letter as a form of complaint to notify the appropriate person about customer service over the today over phone today. I received a phone call today at 4:15P.M.; ETS time. Ms McKenzie called me concerning my account 4136749101. I had left several messages for Ms. McKenzie to call me with valid information to be contacted. It is on the record that I have called multiple times speaking with representatives and supervisor concerning the drafts on my account.
Ms. McKenzie started the conversation off by being dishonest about the number of times I have contacted her and not leaving information for her to call me. After not accepting what this supervisor was stating she stated my phone call seemed to be threatening. I informed her that the phone calls were not threatening and I can subpoena my phone records proving all my messages stated the information needed to resolve this matter since February 2, 2009. I have called her many times leaving the correct information. Then she stated she had a family emergency. I expect professional courtesy at all times and this inappropriate behavior is not acceptable. She called from the phone number listed (1-972-653-9319). Then she hung due to me not accepting her falsified statements. I reiterated to her many times I was not raising my voice. I am competent as a teacher to leave valid information to be contacted.
On Saturday morning, I called the call center and was transferred to a wonderful supervisor that will assist me in this matter. She spoke clearly and respectful at all times. I faxed CILE information to take care of this matter. The fax number was1-866-535-9170. Please allow Cile to assist me concerning my account in the future. I am distraught from Ms. McKenzie false accusations and statements concerning my account. I am considering subpoenaing this information and forwarding this incident and claim to an attorney if this matter is not resolved this by Cile in 5 business days.
In final, I called the customer service line multiple times and asked for the corporate information. All the representatives gave me a phone number that was not valid. As a professional courtesy please allow the employees to have a valid number. I was told that a supervisor would call me today since they with held public information that I have a right to as a customer. I was given this number (1-800-989-0692) over the phone. I called them while I was waiting to be transferred to a supervisor. I informed them about the phone number being invalid. They gave me many excuses but not the appropriate information. Thank you for your cooperation and I hope Ms. McKenzie will be reprimanded for not making professional behavior choices.

collection agency
It is inevitable that when someone becomes delinquent in paying loans, collection agencies will come after you. But these collection agency representatives are going over board. They will harass anyone who answers the phone as if they can make them pay with all the profanities that come out of their mouths. Once my grandmother, 75 y/o, was threatened by this rep and told her that they will have a police officer kick us out of the house. This rep was calling for my brother, who ran away with his gf almost a year ago and has never came back until now. My grandmother, with very little knowledge about these things was so nervous and was trembling. The reps refuse to believe that we don't even know where the hell my brother is. And just today, i got a phone call again from a guy who claims he's calling from a bank. He wouldn't even tell me which company he's working for and insulted me. I understand why they have to have such an attitude but it's just not working. There should be a law that puts them in their right place. They should know that being the reps of these banks, they should make an impression that they are professionals and not some uneducated freaks with their bogus scaring tactics.

Beware!
I have attempted to call to negotiate a plan to protect my credit and avoid foreclosure. CitiFinancial is not in first position on the loan. I had obtain a buyer for a short sale and needed to negotiate a price that could satisfy the lender, I was unable to reach anyone to come to terms, to negotiate with the potential buyer and the deal was abandon.
I am asking CitiFinancial to product the note that was originally signed. I am looking forward to your cooperation. Thank you.

Avoid!
Citi flex line of credit is using a tactics to collect extra money from their customer. Their style??? sending billing statement late or not sending it at all so that customer will either pay 15.00 dollar over the phone or pay 29.00 dollars late fee I hope that they will face a mass lawsuit for doing this practices. The only option you have to pay them is either over phone or mail your check how come they don't have an option to let customer pay on the internet wow!!! A big company that doesn't give you to pay on the internet nice one!!
