Citimorguage is the biggest scamming company first of all I bought my house back in 2004/2005 and my orignal morguage provider sold it to citi I'm a construction worker and as everyone knows it's not a great time for us work wise but in the winter if 08 I started calling citi morguage about refinanceing since rates were down in the 4.75 area and I was currently in the 6.75 range I explained my situation and told them the winter months are looking bad for me I have money in my saveings account that I was scimming from for when I was short now mind u this winter is the first Time I ever was layed off in the 5 yrs I have been working for this company citimorguage made me explain this story dozens of times and when I was expecting a solution or answer ID be transferee to another department around and around untill u eather got hung up on or was told we can't help u unless ur in defalt well I held a 730-to-750 so I dident want to be in defalt welt a few months went on till there was nothing left in my saveings and they forced me in defalt now my credit is at a 540 and I keep sending paper work in to citi and same old stuff they say they don't recev anything or it's in underwrighting and so on now my credit report speeks for it self all my bills are current but citi has me down for beeing in det for over 13000 dollars so I'm another victim of citimorguage/fannymays little get rich fast scam o yea we dud settle on a modification too I pay them every month but since the paper work isn't ever receved it just keeps going twards lame fake fees anyone who wants to stand up for a classaction sute I'll b there with bells on
