Not honoring warranty/ lying
My $125 gaming mouse I purchased on 8/13/2009 failed out of the blue on 5/2/2010. I contacted Citrus Micro and they sent me an RMA number on 5/5/10 and I sent it in for repair/replacement the next day. I missed a call in the morning on 5/11/2010 and I called them back later that day. After being berated for a good 4-5 minutes about shipping it using USPS instead of UPS or fedex, and how I had not followed the RMA procedure I informed the sales person that I was looking at the RMA email in front of me and that nothing in there stated anything about shipping method. Moving on from that, the person informed me the mouse was working fine and that their tech had tested it without any problems. I found this weird because I had tested it on three separate computers. The call ended when he informed me that they were going to ship it back, and I said as long as it was working, that would be fine. I received the mouse back and found that it was indeed still broken. I then did a little research and found that this is happening to other people, not just me. http://www.complaintsboard.com/bycompany/citrus-micro-a109486.html I do find it strange that the other two complaints about this company both have responses from a people with 1 comment to their name.

In addition to this post, I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this company online, and I would encourage others who have had problems with this company to do the same.

Do not stand behind their products.
Several weeks ago I had purchased a NaturoPure HF 380 (XJ-3800) Multi Tech from Citrus Micro. Unfortunately after receiving it I discovered it was DOA, after which I tried to get a RMA. At this point I discovered that Citrus Micro does not stand behind any of their products. What they do is tell you you have to deal with the manufacturer who, in this case told me I have to deal with Citrus Micro. The runaround. Citrus Micro is evidently just a drop shipper and will leave you hanging if you have any problems. I am about to contact my CC company to stop payment and file a complaint but my hassles to get this resolved are just beginning. And if you want my advise avoid doing business with these people. It will save you a lot of frustration if you should have any problems.

Bad service
I bought a disfunctional Epox motherboard from Citrus Micro. It didn't boot, there was no display, the CD tray would lock up, etc. I did receive an RMA from Epox but after the "repair" the motherboard showed no sign of improvement whatsoever. I think they just repackaged it and sent it back. I wanted to get at least some money back from either Citrus Micro or Epox but
all my emails and phone calls were ignored. To be fair Paul, a customer representative from Citrus Micro, did help with getting the RMA, since, as it truned out, Epox website was left unmonitored and therefore useless. However, after the motherboard was returned, he too stopped answering my emails. This is how much Citrus Micro cares about customer satisfaction.
