Today Sears was having a one day sale. I was going to buy a lawn tractor. So I call the number on the back of my Sears Master Card which is through City Group to check my avalible credit. I had a $2000.00 credit limit, I had just paid $1150.00 which got the balance below $400.00 then I was informed that my credit limit has been dropped to$500.00 and charged a 50.00 fee that could not be explaned. I could not talk to a manager to find out why. I was told there was an unusual high number of calls to call back Tuesday. That is crap. They just got a bail out from the governent and it seems that if you pay your bills on time and or pay them off you ate punish for it. I'm a line man and die hard craftsman tool user, after today they have changed me forever. I will see if the lifetime satisfaction guarentee is true. I have about 15, 000.00 dollars of craftsman tools that will be returned tommorow. So if anyone else is having questions and or concerns, Please file all possible complaints agianst the two and for any tool buyer please try mac tools if you break one of there's they will bring it to you instead of you getting refurbish one from sears. Please consider and act now. Do Not buy any thing else from them. There are other places to get any thing sears has. As far as City Group Stay Away that's the best thing you can do
