City Of Antioch Hired a Vessel Salvage Company to destroy the old ferry boat called the San Diego Ferry ( Coronado ) the city bought this boat for 3 million dollars several years back then gave it away to a man called tom Trost who illegally moored the ferry on Decker Island, City of Antioch never did a release of liability with D M V now they have a hired a rouge company to bring it back and destroy the 3 million dollar tax payers paid several years back .

The Rouge Salvage company also was involved in the recent oil spill at Fulton ship yard where the 13o foot barge sank spilling fuel and oil in to the delta waters, where all this work is going on is at the main pump house that are drinking water comes from at the foot of the Antioch public boat launch . So keep a sharp look out the San Diego Ferry is on the way back to be chopped up and this huge Ferry is full of toxic fluids and hazardous materials .
