In June of 08 I purchased 3 beds form the brick and promised to receive it by July 8 until today I am waiting at list I was in Brampton store to ask them 3 times allay what I heir was false promises. I was wondering if this is the way the brick treat their customer. In this case we have to cancel and never come back to the brick to buy any thing even if you sale it for a dollar. First of all your sales lady was a big fat liar. I believe a good customer service will make a big difference in your marketing goal. Any way I need the general Manager to give me a call please I have lot to tell him what is going on in Brampton store always not only once.
