Blacklisted after vacating their place
Bad service i was in a month to month contract with them where they have send me a letter that my lease is exparing end of the month and i must vacate, then i have send them also a letter to inform them that i am leaving their place rent for that month they can take from my deposit is fine i even spoke to one guy from they finance (city property) department who said is ok if i did send a letter which i still have the copy of the fax confirmation wich i was terminating my contract with them. i only find out that they have blacklisted me my name is listed on the ITC both me and my wife. i did send them again the prove that i did terminate my contract with them and they dint respond back to me and my name is still listed.

Blacklisted for terminated lease contract
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a default listed in the credit bereau from(City Property )Savyon Building Limited(Bosschoe Properties).I don't owe them any monies I had a contract with them in 2006 it was for 6 months, but due to some personal circumstances I couldn't continue with the lease I had to terminate the contract. My contract was from 28 June 2006 which is the 1st July 2006 to 31 December 2006 .I paid the deposit of R4200 and monthly payments of 1700 exclulding electricity and water.On the 30th of August 2006 I gave them a notice of cancellation of Lease agreement and vacated mid September2006.They refused to give me deposit and put my name on credit bereau saying I owe them more than R8000 and that I had a 12 months contract I do have a proof of cancellation and the contract stating the duration of the agreement.THEY HAVE EVEN TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN THE CONTRACT AFTER i HAVE TENDERED MY TERMINATION SEE THE ATTACHMENT OF THE FAX FROM PHILLIPINE.
I have tried to resolve the matter with their legal department with no success, I had spoken to Minkie (legal department) for several times (sse attachments).I understand I am not the only person to face this problem with the, they always get away with it.Now I want my deposit with interests and they must remove the judgement on my name or I will sue for damages.
