Giving blank promises and do nothing

The Happy HOmes sold residentail site in Indus Project on Hosur Road in 2004 and Promised a lot for development of road, sewrage, power etc. But It is just a blank promise and nothing has been done. They also promised the refund if not satisfied. But there is no one respond.

Kindly do not intend to purchase anything from them

Please do not buy any property from City Square.I am still repenting and am not getting my refund back.I invested in one of the project called First City and now they have changed its name to Bricks and Boundries and demanding more money. Upon requesting the refund and following it up for more than a year they gave me a cheque which bounced.I know sevral people whose money are stuck.This compay is simply plyaing with Public fund.

Kindly do not intend to Purchase anything from them.

Currently they have NRI City center and Briks and Boundaries project in Bangalore. Also recently I came to know that earlier this company was known as Happy Homes . It is also one of the Black listed compay by BDA.
