I purchased 3 "$600.00 rebate certificates" on EBAY from bargaincenter7 in 2009. Mike (with bargaincenter7) claimed that for each $100.00 in receipts I turned in to claimyourcertificatenow I would receive a $25.00 loyalty giftcard. At first I purchased 2 for Target & SAFEWAY in July 2009 & followed all the program rules as listed on claimyourcertificatenow.com's website, I mailed in my receipts with the voucher forms in August, September, October & November. In November I purchased a 3rd certificate for Walmart. I had been in regular communication with first "RON" & then "Gerrold" who I was told were handling my account for claimyourcertificatenow. At first RON kept emailing me letting me know that my first giftcards should arrive in December, & then when they didn't he told me they were behind & it would arrive in a few weeks. Then GERROLD became my customer service team & said that my gift cards wouldn't arrive until febuary ( which is when I looged back into the website & saw that they changed it & the rules too- also they removed the "contact us" page)
The last I herd from anyone in the customerservice dept. was on 2/28/2010- when they told me my gift cards would arrive "in a couple of weeks"
It is now june 10th & I've NEVER RECEIVED a GIFTCARD (i'm owed 10 of them!) & now their website is no longer up.


Lucky for me I saved all emails & I'll be reporting them to my goverment's internet fraud dept.
