I have had the same problem as others. This is the catch to it all, this claireklein popup was linked to a survey request that poped up when I went to get into my wellsfargo bank account, figuring it was accosciated with a corporation like that, I figured the deal was legitimate. What I had found was that after the survey I was to recieve a free gift. Wrongful statement. Not only was it falsely advertized as free, they sent me the wrong gift. After that, $95 dollars had been drawn from my account, for a wrong product that was of no value or quality. I think this business has some explaining to do. Hopefully a report to the Better Business Bureau will solve this reaccuring incident with its customers.
