I ordered 3 items from this place. Normal business like these will say whether an item is in-stock or not. ClairHair does not. I placed an order one day and another order the next day, my mistake.
I check my account and the money was already taken by the company.
So I check the website and apparently, the first item is on backorder. I call and they tell me it won't be in for a month. I then ask if my second order will be okay and if BOTH items in that order are in the facility. I am told that YES they are and they will be sent out that afternoon.
Ok, so I look online later and it says that part of my shipment has been sent. So I call them again and the rep tells me that another one of my items is on backorder. But guess what? Yes they already took the money from my account for both items that are on backorder.
So I asked why I was lied to and told me items were there, no concrete answer. SO i ask when will I know if the item is there or not? I am told to call next week. Interestingly enough if you go on their website, someone complained about the same item being on backorder since April.
So again I was lied to. There are numerous women on the site complaining that they never got their product, they never got their money.
This place has poor customer service, you have to call at least 10 times to get through to someone. tried talking to one of their CHAT NOW reps and they disconnected from out chat after I asked my question.
Someone needs to look into this company. Taking money for a product that you KNOW you do not have and has been on backorder for three months is despicable.
