FRAUD
On 23/7/09 I ordered VitalRevs and was charged postage and handling I was meant have a 14 day free trial but 4days later I was charged for the goods and that is where my nightmare begins.Like many others I have been ripped off by this companyCLARIFY HE.ALTHY. I have sent 9 emails in 1 month trying to cancel and all i get in return are computer generated emails telling me to read their terms and conditions. They have just charged me for another lot of their stupid tablets and guess what they have used a different name. They are now using ULTIMATE HEALTH. Changing their name doesn't change the fact that they are low life con men now does it? I have no choice but to cancel my card which is going to be a F****IN nuisance as I have alot of legitimate companies to change details with. I guess i can kiss that money goodbye.

fraudulent company
An unauthorized withdraw came out of my bank account for $99.50 on July 27th there was also another payment taken out in June from the same company. What can we do to get our money back? How do we take action against this fraudulent Company called Clarify Healthy??

fraud
I have had the same thing done to me...charges that I have no clue where its coming. Its wasn't authorized!!! What these people are doing are wrong!!! I hope something gets done about this. I thought maybe I was the only one. Apparently not...any suggestions? My bank isn't doing anything!

unauthorised debit from credit card
Clarify Healthy made an unauthorised debit on my credit card for $79.95 US on 30/7/09. This equates to $97.25 Australian.
I immediately contacted my bank and they are investigating the complaint. I have had to cancel this card however (very inconvenient !) and have to wait another week or so for a replacement with a new account number. So, check your credit card statements carefully, especially if you buy online and/or overseas.

Unauthorized debit of $79.95
My debit card was charged $79.95. This was an unauthorized charge! I have tried repeatedly to get this money credited via phone messages and emails but with no success. I am going to dispute this with my bank.

Unauthorised amounts deducted from my bank account - i believe that my details have been sold on by another company in USA.

took money out of my account without authorization
I do not recall ordering anything from this company but yet somehow I was charge 79.95 from my bank account. I have no idea how they received my details for my bank or anything. I am like what the heck is going on?

Frauduant charges
We ordered the product on 7/22.. was not supposed to be billed until 14 days pass... Well guess what they billed after 3 days 79.95... then did it again 3 days later.. I have had to cancel my card and file fraud complaint..

Unauthorized payment
Fraudulent charges have been issued to my Credit card. This company is a farce, also the prduct is not what they claim.
I live in Canada. I have tried to cancel my orders but they keep charging my account although I have not received any products except for the free trial which took 1 month to receive. I have talked to my Credit Card company and next to cancelling my Credit card completely, I'm not sure hot to handle the situation.
Any suggestions.
