I purchased a pair of Clark Springer Suede sandals as I have every year for 3 years or more now, but this time I noticed a distinct difference in the cushioning of the foot bed.There is no spring at all and my feet are aching so badly I returned to wearing my older Clark Springers from last year! I was told by a friend in the UK that Clarks are no longer made in England, but China! I am very seriously disappointed by the poor quality of these new Clarks.They cost as much, or more as the ones from last year, and previous years but the quality is no longer there! I would like my $72.00 refunded so I may look for another comfy shoe from another manufacturer in the USA or Britain!My feet are killing me and I used to walk 5 miles per day in my older Springers.
