i ordered uggs from uggshop123.com, NOVEMBER 13, 2008. got a confirmation number and e mail saying everything went thru... I didnt get my item at the estimated time of arraival, so I email them asking about it.. I got a reply saying its a busy time of the year and my item was for sure shipped out NOVEMBER 20, 2008.
till this day AUGUST 24, 2009 i did not get my item!!! and my money was taken off!
I have the e mails that i recived form them!!! I would like my money back!!!
