The convertible top on my BMW was damaged while having my car washed at Classic Auto Spa on 3/18/09. I showed it to the manager while I was still there. He looked at it and laughed. He turned around and walked away while saying, "my equipment could not have done that! Nothing ever gets damaged here! The estimate for repair is $1700!
