took $75 dollar board shorts in to be reinforced. Lost them. Filed claims and missing clothing reports. been in over 30 times and called about same number. Area manager never called back then found out they have let her go. I called their head quarters once last time and this time actully spoke to a lady called Erica about this and guess what... she told me the company had been sold and they had lots of complaints and took my details. Yet again, no follow up call.. oh and I just discovered that Erica is actually the owner!!! Left few more messages to no avail. Worked out that they now actually owe me around $300 if I added up all the gas for the visits etc..

No customer service. AWFUL. I was a loyal customer of over 7 years.
