DVD Scam
Similar experience to others - cheated and lied to. Bought July 2009 as a gift. The only thing that appears on DVD player screen is No audio / No image. Came from China. Thrown in a VHS tape box. Discs not even new and probably even more damaged in transit. Very angry and upset

No Product Won't Return Money
I purchased 2 Different Boxed sets from this company The A-Team Complete Series and the Fall Guy the Complete Series and I ordered them back on the 4th of December 2009 and never recived them and I have e-mailed a lisa pennington at their customer service department and i haven't recieved any answer from her in the past two weeks of trying. I am in the process of canceling the order.

poor DVD quality
I guess I was scammed. The "Complete Perry Mason" series. TV Land logos and Hallmark Channel logos on the shows. One out of the first 4 DVD's did not have any glitches. They were purchased through Amazon.com.

Bad Home made Movies
I am sooo disappointed spending hundred plus dollars and recieved a brown paper box from China with home-made videos with such poor quality we could not get through two minutes of the first CD without stops, skips, and breaks in the pixels. Something must be done to warn buyers..we must be protected from business like these, it is like robbery over the net and policing must be established to avoid scams like these.

Fake DVD
I am so stupid, I have received the complete season of Knots Landing DVD, what a fake, and I paid $199.00 AUS incl. shipment. I got ripped off bigtime. The DVDs have been copied from a video and the time and date is displayed at the bottom of the right hand screen. I have now cancelled my credit and will order DVDs only through Paypal. DO NOT ORDER DVD OR ANYTHING FROM CLASSIC MEDIA DVD.

I purchased a "supposed" complete set of "supposedly" new DVD's from this company and I received an incomplete used looking set. I have been trying to reach them for one month with little or no response. I want to send back these DVDs for a full refund and they refuse to give me any information on how to do so. I AM FED UP!! I would also like to know if this is a legitimate company.
