Unpaid wages, sexual harrassment, and lost thousands I paid for car repair
I worked for con artist Mike Nezer, who ran Classic Muscle Restoration in Nashville, TN. I also paid Nezer in cash for car repairs of about $4, 000. I worked for two weeks without pay, and wound up having to call the police to get my unrepaired car released from the shop. While working for him, I was sexually harassed, and physically threatened when I quit. Other employees who went unpaid for their work filed suit with me, and we won. Mike Nezer filed bankruptcy to avoid paying us. Then he opened shop in KY, and he ran the same con there. He is a con artist who has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from customers, and from people who work for him, and he manages to escape financial penalty with bankruptcy. This is not justice, and something needs to be done to help the people he stole from.

Ripped Off!
I got hosed by this guy! Completely hosed! Every single person I have talked to who dealt with him got mistreated horribly. He sold me a car, promised the moon and did little of the work he promised. He was consigning a car of mine for me as well. When I stopped by one day, several of the parts had been taken off of my car to put on another car in the shop!!! I was furious. Then, I found out that the owner of the car he sold me (which I paid cash for) never got his money. Did you get that? I paid the guy $13, 000 for a car that he was consigning for someone and never gave them a penny of the money! What a scam artist. Don't be taken by this guy if he ever gets back in business again. His business in Nashville was shut down so he relocated to Greenbriar and reopened under the same name. What a con artist!
