Ordered May 8th - received 18 out of 38 DVD's were defeative in some way. Wrote (only way of communcation) said would send another out - product the same - complained said they would give me full refund if I sent it back to China. I rejected that offer - said they would give me $85 I accepted That was August 18th - they now can't find my order and I have heard from them in about 1 month. I write to them every day.
