Money scam
Some where in 2007 i return some clothing back on two separate returns and my ups showed me both was recieved an sign by them but i only got credited for one return which i return two orders in two boxes how can they not know anything about the other return when both was recieve and sign by that person on my ups record.I was ask to show proof of my ups record and i sent it to them and kept getting the same email that they still working on it and after a yer gone by I gave up knowing i already got ripped off until now I still think of it wondering why I haven't got my money refund.How can they refund me on only one return and not the other order wwhich was recieve by them on thesame day.I mean 80 something dollars is still my hard working money and hope everyone that see this become more aware of this company!They got no phone number on their web site for me to even call I got so sick of trying to fight for what that belongs to me thru emails.Well I'm done dealing with trying to when i get my money back but if they get their record more organize maybe someday after all these year i will recieve my refund and will be happy but right now i'm dissapointed.

Rip off
I placed on order online on October 2nd. I received my confimation number by email on my order but I never received my ordered items.

I attempted to reach them by email on two occasions with my concerns and never received an email response as to the whereabouts of the items I ordered.

Classic closeouts is a perfect example of bad business. I would recommend that you never, never place an order with them.

I fear what they will do with the debit card information I gave them as well!

This is the first time I have experienced any problem with online orders and I will be very careful in the future!

Bunch of crooks
I ordered some merchandise from them and I followed the tracking on FedEx. At the end fed ex returned my package saying that the consumer refused the package. When I checked the address label they put the wrong city on the address label. My package was sent to Pompano Beach and I lived in Oakland Park. I called classic closeouts and explained to them what happened to see if they can reship my package or given me a refund. They did neither and every time I called they kept giving me the run a round. I was told my refund was being processed and it would take time but I never got a refund just the run a round and the manager was always busy or not in. They are just a bunch of crooks.

Unauthorized charges
I sent a few items back to CC. Two sweaters that ran too small (one was also damaged-no tag, and had a spot on it-clearly worn before!), and a shirt that looked ridiculous. The items were delivered to CC on Sept. 18th. It is now Oct. 14th, and I have yet to receive my money back. I emailed and received a response on Oct 1st, stating that the return was just recently processed and to wait a few business days for the credit to appear. That was 2 weeks ago! I just sent another email demanding my money back by the end of the week. If that's not done, I'm contacting the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office.

Unauthorized charges
I was charged 2 times $69.90 in June i only had one order with them in February. My credit card was charged too and i did a claim. My bank had contacted them and I just receive my claim letter. They told my bank that i did a membership with their "sister company".

The letter is telling the classic closeouts have a "sister company" called "THIRDFREE.COM" the i sing up for some membership (I DID NOT). This is ridiculous. This is a crime they can not do that. This is police case.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!!

Scam charges
I ordered a stupid jacket from classiccloseouts.com it didn't even take them a day to charge the credit card. I order this jacket on September 25, 2008 and it still hasn't been shipped. I've e-mailed them bunch of times and I never get an answer. I called them and still no answer the only thing I get is a voice mail. I don't know what to do because the credit card isn't mine and I don't know what to tell the person I borrowed it from. Why can't people these days act like humans and not steal money and stuff.

Billed $79.99 & didn't order anything
08/11 24559308224900017401301 $79.99 charged to my Chase Visa card. I did not order any items and the same thing happened last month which I was billed $69.99 and got to talk to a gentleman who checked and i didn't order any items last month either. fraud
I have 2 fradulent charges on my debit card from this company, I have called and left messages with no response back, I have e-mailed them, with no responses back from them. These charges cost me 150.00, I never authorized them. Now I'm just trying to get my money back from them. Someone needs to stop them soon.

Fraudulent charge
I went through my recent credit card statement and saw the infamous $69.99 as a charge on my card. I had bought a few things in 2006 from them worth about $50. I thought I was the only one. Now I see there are a whole slew of people being ripped off by this company.

The owners need to go to the"big house".

Unauthorized charges
Two years ago, I purchased some items for my baby boy. Several of the items sent were not what I ordered. Either the sizes were smaller than I had wanted or in the case of one item, they sent a girls shirt! So, I returned the items, they didn't credit me for the items I returned. I emailed them for a credit with no response.

Now they have charged me $79.99 for something I didn't buy. Not once, but TWICE! It appears that I am not the only one, based on the number of complaints I have read about online.

When I tried to contact them via email, I did not get a response. The phone number I have for them is one that came from my credit card statement. 1-866-422-6397. I got a voicemail with instructions to leave a message, no matter what time of day I called.

I echo the recommendations: DO NOT buy anything from that website. You may think that you will save money when you make purchase from ClassicCloseouts.com, but the hassels it will cause you down the road are NOT worth the money you will save.
