Fraudulant charges on bank statement and credit card
Last month, my bank account had a charge of $49.99. It took 3 weeks and 3 e-mails for them to credit the $$ back to my account and I only found that out because I looked online at my bank statement! They will not call and talk to you! Now, today, I opened my credit card statement and there are two charges on there--one for $69.99 and one for $59.99. The last time I ordered from them was in '07 about this time. And they still are holding a credit for almost $18. They did not credit back my $$ to my account. I remember having problems--sending numerous e-mails to them and finally getting back one saying that "we are aware of your problem". I had ordered 3 or 4 watches and when they got here, all of the batteries were no good. It took forever to get my credit. And also, they sent the wrong size blue jeans (3 pr.) and I never got my $$ back for them because they said there was no refund for this certain type of order. Talk about frauds! No phone number online anywhere or address! Thanks to Google I found you! They will be hearing from me through e-mail and my bank and credit card company!

FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON CREDIT CARD
This so called company Classiccloseouts.com had the gall to charge my credit card four times over two weeks for $79.95 each time! Two charges were made on the same day and then repeated one week later. I have never even heard of this company. It is a good thing I have stopped auto-payments on my credit card. The person running this company is a sad sad excuse for a human being! Thanks to technology and fraud protection, further charges will be aborted.

Took funds from my account!!
I was checking my bank statement today, and noticed TWO unauthorized withdrawls from my account. The first was on 07/08/2008 for $69.99 and then another on 08/06/2008 for $59.99, total = $129.98.

I reported this to my financial institution and had a new card issued, which is an absolut PITA!!

My next step was to try and call these scammers to ask why they had charged me. No one answered, and the calls just went directly to voice mail.

I had only purchased once from them before, back in March, 2006.

I have read numerous reports online about people with similar experiences, and somebody needs to do something about them.

FRAUD
I ordered about $20 worth of accesories back in June and was just charged $79.99 for things I didn't order. When I logged into my account, I didn't see an order in my list. Also, there is no physical address listed for this company nor a customer service phone number. Only be Google-ing classiccloseouts did I find other people's similar stories.

NEVER EVER buy from classiccloseouts.com and especially NEVER EVER store your credit card information in your account! This is how they scam you later on!

I'm fairly sure that I will never see my $80 dollars again, but I will warn as many people as possible about these thieves.

I have been credited by my CC company - for THAT bill... I am going back to search and see if I missed any other charges they may have placed on my CC over the nearly THREE YEARS since I purchased that ONE order!

SOMETHING HAS to be done to STOP these crooks!

Oh! And like so many others- I have tried contacting them and they do NOT answer- yet their website claims: "24/7 ONLINE SUPPORT"

Fraud
I was also charged twice for 49.99 and 79.99 by this company. I have only ordered once last year. This company is a big scam. They did that on purpose. I already filed a dispute to my credit card. But someone needs to take action to take this company down ASAP.

Unauthorized billing
My credit card statement came in the mail yesterday and there is an unauthorized charge in the amount of $69.99 from classiccloseouts.com. I have tried to contact the company at 516-538-1616 and all I get is an answering machine. The one and only purchase that I ever made with this company was back in December 2007.

This company needs to be reported as others have had similar unauthorized charges for $69.99.

Fraudulent charges
Charged twice $79.99, 2 consecutive days 7/24/08 and 7/25/08. Never even heard about this website. Called my credit card company right away and its in the process of dispute. Didn't even bother contacting the company after reading all these complaints. I hope this helps other not to trust ClassicCloseout.com.
