In June '09 I ordered a whole stack of TV serie collections paying USD527.45 - the DVDs I received were of absolutely terrible quality (like someone had taped them while videoing the tv screen) - I complained and they sent me another set saying that this would be better quality. It wasn't and on advising them of the same they tole me to return the lot for a refund. I returned the full 2 sets to them on the 2nd of November '09 (it took that long to get them to accept them back) - I incurred a postage cost of AUD123.05. I have sent them numerous emails regarding my total refund but to date (18.1.10) have not heard from them. I will continue to see reimbursement. Please do not order from this company it is the worst ever.

It is really shameful that people can do this to other people and take their hard earned money under such false pretences.

These are very poor quality copies of recordings made off network TV which include the commercials and station ID at bottom of screen. They are shipped from China under the guise of gift accesssories. Round sticky labels (called original artwork on website) placed on each DVD are not centered and have bubbles and creases in them which interfere with the playing in machine. Some discs only have digitized garbage on them. My credit card company of 15 years, Bank Of America, will not do a chargeback or anything to help me get my money back from this company. I will close that account ASAP. By the way there will be a foreign transaction fee added to the cost posted on website. Buyer beware and guard your cc information. Don't count on Bank Of America taking care of you on this one!!!
